How do drivers send photos?
To a dedicated WhatsApp Business number for your company, or to a private email address we give you. Drivers do not install anything.
Where are the files stored?
In your own storage: Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or an email archive. We keep only what is needed to process each photo.
What if it reads something wrong?
Anything below a confidence threshold goes to a review queue instead of being sent. You confirm or correct it, and it learns your order number format.
Which languages and forms does it read?
Printed and handwritten delivery notes in most European and Asian languages. You can tell it where your order number usually appears.
