Security & data boundaries

Every YAN² tool and agent follows the same rules: data sources can be explained, a person approves anything that leaves your company, and high-risk items only raise an alert.

Three levels of trust

• Public demos use fictional data only. They connect to no CRM, inbox or store, and send nothing.
• Free trials use your own test data. Nothing is sent externally unless you switch it on, and every result can be reviewed.
• Production adds tenant isolation, audit logs, a retention policy and a pause switch, all confirmed with you before go-live.

What our tools will not do

• Send a message or document they are not confident about. Uncertain items wait for a person.
• Scrape LinkedIn or use data you are not licensed to use.
• Trade, move money or give investment advice.

Your data

We process your documents only to provide the service, keep them for as long as you configure, and never use them to train models shared with other customers. See the Privacy Policy.
