Software tools

Every tool starts with a free trial, so you can check it fits before paying. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After that, you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; we do not refund partial months.

Tool subscriptions are sold by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), our Merchant of Record. Refund requests can be sent to us or to Dodo Payments directly via the link in your receipt.

How to ask

Email contact@yansquared.com with your order details. We reply within 3 business days and refunds go back to the original payment method.
