For small Texas law firms, 3 to 20 people

Court emails in. Hearings and deadlines on the calendar. Automatically.

CourtCal watches your inbox for messages from the court only. It reads the email and the attached order, then puts each hearing and deadline on the right lawyer's calendar, with reminders and the original document attached.

Built for small firms that practice before Texas state and federal courts.

Today, someone on your team does this every morning

Watch the inbox

Spot court notices and e-filing emails among everything else, several times a day.

Open the PDF

Find the case number, date, time and courtroom inside the order or notice.

Type it in

Create the calendar entry, add reminders, attach or link the document.

Double-check

Because one missed hearing or deadline is a malpractice claim.

It is careful, repetitive work, and one email lost in a busy inbox is all it takes.

With CourtCal

Only court emails are read

Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Only messages from court sending addresses you approve are processed. Client emails are never opened.

It reads the email and the PDF

Case number, parties, event type, date, time and courtroom, from the message and the attached order or notice.

It fills the calendar

An entry on the lawyer of record's calendar, with reminders and the original document attached. Unclear items wait for a person.

Try it with a sample court email

Fictional cases and people. Nothing is read, uploaded or sent.

Pick an email that just arrived:

Choose a court email to see what lands on the calendar.

What CourtCal doesn't do

It does one thing: makes sure what the court sends you ends up on the calendar.

  • It is not practice-management software and does not replace yours
  • It does not count deadlines from court rules on its own: rule-based deadlines are flagged for a person to confirm
  • It never deletes or moves an existing entry without asking
  • It never puts a date on the calendar it is not sure about

Pricing

Free 14-day trial. Prices in US dollars, taxes calculated at checkout.

Per lawyer

$99 / lawyer / month

Pay for lawyers only. Assistants and paralegals who review entries are included.

  • Unlimited court emails and documents
  • Google Calendar or Outlook
  • Reminders and the original document on every entry
  • Review queue for anything unclear

Questions

Which courts do you support?

We start with Texas state and federal courts. If you also appear in other courts, tell us on the waitlist form.

Does it read my client emails?

No. It only processes messages from court sending addresses you approve. Everything else in the mailbox is never opened or stored.

What about deadlines that depend on court rules?

When an order or notice states a date, it goes straight on the calendar. When a deadline depends on a rule, such as "within 21 days of service", the entry is flagged with the source text so a person confirms the date.

What if it reads something wrong?

Anything below a confidence threshold goes to a review queue instead of the calendar. Every entry links to the original document, so it can always be checked.

Which calendars does it work with?

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Entries go on the calendar of the lawyer of record, and can be shared with an assistant.

Is client data kept confidential?

Court documents are processed only to create your calendar entries, are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are not used to train AI models. See our security page for details.
