Privacy Policy

Yanyan WANG, trading as YanSquared (France), is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Forms on this site (waitlist, enquiries, suggestions): your email, company, country and what you tell us.
• Account data when you use our tools: name, email, company and billing details.
• Documents you process, such as delivery-note photos, which may contain names and signatures. We process these on your behalf as a processor.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and give you access to our tools (contract or pre-contract steps).
• To bill you and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).
• To improve our service and keep it secure (legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your documents to train models shared with other customers.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run YAN², such as hosting, email and payments (Dodo Payments for subscriptions). Today these are Vercel (website hosting, USA) and Google Workspace (email). Where data leaves the EU, it is covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and waitlist data: up to 24 months without contact. Account data: for the life of the account plus legal retention periods. Processed documents: as configured by you; deleted on account closure.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@yansquared.com. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
